Shipping

Orders ship within 2 business days. Standard shipping is $5.00 and takes 3 to 7 business days. Orders over $60 ship free.

Returns

If something is wrong with your candle, email us within 30 days of delivery and we will replace it or refund you. Please send a photo of the damage.

Unopened candles can be returned within 30 days for a refund of the item price. Return shipping is paid by the customer unless the item arrived damaged.

Refunds

Refunds go back to the original payment method within 5 business days of us receiving the return.
